Higher Plane Fiano 2019

Fresh and delish Fiano. Really tasty gear it must be said.

A super approachable type with some interest to keep you curious. Some whole bunch action and texture from 6 months in barrel. Aromas of tonic, cucumber and lemons build some good momentum. A fine cinnamon spice ticks along with lemon meringue tang. Tonic feels sizzle through the mouth with some lemon pith too. Thumbs up from me - yum.

Drink to three years.
