Quite an eclectic blend of three varieties all sourced from South Australia's Riverland.
An expressive wine with aromas of Jasmine flower, green apple skin, apricots and some herbs leaping from the glass. A minerally drive pushes through and seems to be almost a binding agent as all these florally and fruity characters seemingly want to run off like a unsupervised child. Ginger nut biscuit spice is sprinkled atop finishing with an underripe green apple acidity. So much going yet such as easy drink to kick back with. Fish and chips but the water and a glass of this will do the trick.
