This 2016 release has a meaty edge. There's great depth and density as always with this Cabernet Merlot blend. It's the kind of wine which will always repay your faith. Black fruits and red plums steer the ship. Still a little tense, medium term aging is right up it's alley. Dried herbs and a touch of olives are scattered through leading to a long finish with drying tannins. No one loses with this beauty.
