A terrific blend for those that love a good GSM. Count me in that crowd. This is a beauty for the money - there wasn't drop left.
A 42/34/24 blend with the Grenache and Shiraz sourced from a sustainably farmed Blewitt Springs site and the Mourvedre coming from Sellicks Foothills in the south of the McLaren Vale region.
Some serious Cherry Ripe factor going here - dark chocolate, cherry goodness and even a touch of coconut husk. Pan juices and cured meats add pleasure. The fruit is soft through the mouth with a dab of sweetness. Blueberries and raspberries kick on with super fine spice and puffs of black earth late. Find this under $20 and it's a ripping bargain.
Drink to five years.
