A wonderful Cabernet that gives the sense it's keeping something in the bag for later.
What doesn't find its way into the Brand and Sons Icon Cabernet will end up here. Already four years young, there's a tension evident as the fruit is coiled around the mouth. Dark berries and dark plum fruit play in unison with some old leather, black olive and dried sage. A rub of mint can't be missed either. A classic Coonawarra Cabernet one could say.
