I really like the simple pleasure of this fizz from the Goulburn Valley. It's a non-pretentious crowd-pleaser with an easy-going appeal.
The bottle pic above gives you an idea of what to look for but the correct version (black label not grey) was not available on the website due to this being a new release. Pears, green apple and white stonefruit combine with some lemon juice before a lemon tart and wholemeal bread complexity strolls about. It thins out a little on close but a fair statement was built prior to entice you back.
