It's not often you see a new release Rosé at four years of age but here we are. A Rosé with some depth and muscle, this is best served with a casual barbecue.
Red currants, dried cranberries and scents of blackberries kick things off. There is a weight and density through the mid-palate that has me thinking of a snag on bread. A thin brush of creaminess tries to up things a little but then the spicy drive swoops. It's long and persistent with a little skinsy feel. Curiously, there is no sign of the variety/varieties on the bottle nor website.
