Much like its stablemates, this Cabernet starts strong with attractive aromas. Think choc mint, blackcurrants and handfuls of dried herbs.
But then it hits the runway and things flatten out. Sure, there is some good fruit and structure but there is no X Factor to get me excited. If you're after a solid drink, that box is ticked, and sometimes that's precisely what the consumer is looking for.
