A really pleasant drink at an affordable price, this imported Pinot Grigio from French producer Domaines Paul Mas goes well.
Readily available nationally, I like the shape and body of this wine. Canned pears, golden apple with an almost sourdough tease. Soft ginger like spices flutter about but the smooth feels and long finish ensure this will accompany a range of cuisines well. Good stuff.
