Huntington Estate Special Reserve Shiraz 2013

What a beauty! Shiraz to catch you by surprise - it certainly caught me on the hop. A treasure.

A powerful beast yet it's strength is kept in check. Cedar, blue and black fruit plus a fine clove melt into one another. The palate is consumed by mulberries, plums, black fruits all working in unison. A fine veil of baking spice hums along covering the mouth and oozing class. Dark chocolate makes a late play before fine tannins have the last word. Never had a Mudgee Shiraz? Here's a super starting point.

Drink now for 10 years+
