Josef Chromy Pepik Pinot Noir 2016

Always a reliable performer, this is a great intro for those seeking to immerse themselves in the delight that is Tassie Pinot.

Pinot with spirit. Red cherries and red plums skip about with ease. There's a touch of depth and whiffs of undergrowth, steak and char put pay to that. A fine dusting of peppery spice to finish. Chill slightly to make this an even more versatile wine. Everyone wins a prize with wines like this.

Drink now to three years.
