Clare Valley Riesling rarely misses the mark.
Except on this occasion I found. There's a yellow tinge to its appearance. Curiously, it comes across much older than its 2019 vintage. Honeyed tones are the driver. It's tastes of oxidised apple too. I gave it a couple of chances but I just couldn't warm to it. Hard to recommend.
