The label has had a facelift, and I like it. A blend of Sexton, Tarraford and Applejack vineyards, all fruit is 100% handpicked.
Wild fermented and held in puncheons for ten months with 20% new oak and no MLF.
A squeeze of lemon, real lemonade, and white fleshed peach. A neat minerally drive through the mid-palate adds another layer of interest. A little skinsy perhaps, almost a mealy feel too. Grapefruit twang - nice. The finish is long, satisfying and moreish.
