Coonawarra Cabernet on song.
Gee this is a fab drink.
Black and red fruits. Expected cassis, blackcurrant and mintiness. Lots of leafy characters too. Tobacco drives through to a firm mid palate. You get the sense this looks at you with a clench fist but softens it's hardened look pretty quickly. Fine beads of powdery tannin cascade through the mouth seeming never ending.
More time in bottle will reap reward. Cellaring to a decade in the bag.
