Lots of lemons going on here - lemon cordial, lemonade, lemon sherbet, lemon juice. Feels a little pithy but the crisp and cleansing acidity is ready to cut through fish and chips by the water on a lazy afternoon. Fresh prawns wouldn't be out of place beside it either.
Best to be had now - there are others in the range that will age better if that's your preference.
