An easy drinking red with the feet up on the dash enjoying the ride.
Soft red fruit is etched by savoury dry herbs. A little twiggy too with a kick of earth, there's a minerally vibe leading to a dry finish flanked by lemon like acidity. You'd expect a crunch to finish with Sangiovese and this is partially the way there.
Any way you look at it, it's a classic food wine - a wine you'd happily drop in the middle of the table sharing large plates of plentiful food.
