David Hook Reserve De Novo Bianco 2014

A blend of Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from the Central Ranges sure to pass the roast chook test.

Fermented and aged separately in oak before blending. Toasty and vanilla characters coming through. Smells a bit cheesy too. Some weight adds another dimension. Preserved lemon and citrusy drive build nice momentum. It just feels good in the mouth thanks to a good brush of texture. An extra point for that.

Drink now.
