This took a while to find its dancing shoes. At one stage I thought it was dancing barefoot on prickles - ouch.
When it did get going, all the expected Cabernet characters showed up. A whiff of dried bell peppers appeared as the wine grew into its shoes.
Still, after three days it continued to be firm in the mouth and tacky to finish. The mid-palate seemed vacant to an extent. There's enough acidity here for aging but that's no fun if there's no fruit to satisfy.
I'd pass on this.
