Absolutely humming! I've said often enough that Yarra Valley Cabernet should not be underestimated but sadly it flies very much under the radar. This is a brilliant example of the cool climate style.
Silky fruit, its velvet-like presence is simply glorious. Blackberries, black currants, roasted peppers - so varietal and so charismatic. Licks of black olives with a super soft spice lurking on the tail. Drinking well now but this will elevate to another level given the time to chill out in the dark place.
Sublime and then some.
