Peel off layers of licorice, carob, black olives, barbecued capsicum and pan juices - there is plenty to peruse. Add some dried leaves and earthiness plus choc mint and cigar box and you have yourself a pretty tidy wine that coats the mouth beautifully and persists for a long finish.
