Juniper Three Fields Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Like its Chardonnay stablemate, this is a very smart wine. A generous, rounded and dense Cabernet awaits.

Three Fields by name but from two fields it came. Poetry has never been a strength of mine but I'm pretty pleased with that. 53% from 1973 vines in Wilyabrup and the remainder from Metricup seeing barrel for 14 months (30% new).

Red and black berries, there is a sophistication about its presence. Dark chocolate, vanilla, aniseed, black earthiness and puffs of dusty road add to the dried herbs and cloves on offer. It's quite something and offers a new insight each time you go back. Just wonderful!
