A Margaret River Chardonnay with plenty of layers to peel back. Well priced for the interest it offers, Chardy fans ought to stick this on their radar.
Made with 100% Gin Gin clone that was whole bunch pressed to barrel (30% new) seeing wild fermentation and kicking back for nine months.
Pineapple husk and almond meal muse with ginger and a good helping of yellow peach. Wonderfully textural, the palate is brushed with a fine phenolic grip. Flashes of old school lemonade with a delicate raw cashew nuttiness, this is splendid deluxe and I just want more.
