Oxford Landing One to One Brut Cuvee NV

A delightful, slightly creamy and approachable fizz, this Oxford Landing One to One Brut Cuvee ticks the box for a $20 sparkler.

Through a partnership with Greenfleet, every six bottles of One to One enjoyed will see another square metre of bushland planted in the ‘One to One Bushland’. The ‘One to One Bushland’ is located in the On Dja Dja Wurrung Country in Central Victoria, where Greenfleet is restoring the native ecosystem at Ngulambarra, meaning “meeting place” in Djaara language. This project is playing an important role in restoring endangered temperate woodlands and enhancing biodiversity, while also supporting the values of Traditional Owners.

The fruit is sustainably grown and made with minimal intervention. Vegan friendly and low in preservatives, the bottle is also made up of 98% recycled lightweight glass.

Lemons muse with green and red apples delivering a wine that is pliable and not too serious. Its simplicity is its strength and that makes it a wine fit for many occasions, but there is just enough interest to pause and consider. Drying with a respectable length and a lick of pastry on close, this is good gear.

Drink now.
