My first look at a Hare's Chase wine which comes from Marananga in the Barossa. For those who like their Grenache wines big, check this.
Quite rich, raspberries and chocolate brownie spill from the glass. A curious twiggy and nutty presence makes themselves known with flashes of negroni lining the edges. A warm and ripe style, the fruit comes across a bit stewed and soupy. Spicy to close, it would handle a roast with something of that ilk.
Drink to five years.
