Sauvignon Blanc with a bit of barrel work - that's the way to do it!
Don't serve this too cold to see it at its aromatic best. Green mango, papaya, pineapple husk along with flirty passionfruit all vie for attention. Time on lees in barrel has imparted a subtle creaminess and soft mouthfeel and a longer than expected finish. Cheese platters to chicken and pasta dishes - there's plenty of versatility about this wine. Beautiful!
