A collaboration between Gundog Estate's Matt Burton and Seville Estate's Dylan McMahon, there are four wines in the range. Two each of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir - all from Yarra Valley sites.
This George's Vineyard Chardonnay is a little deeper and considered than its sibling, the D'Aloisio's Vineyard Chardonnay. It's more textural too. Nougat and yoghurt like feels are feathered through the mouth. White stonefruit feature strongly with a pineapple-like acidity. A squeeze of lemon juice and a pink grapefruit tang wrap up a solid expression of modern Chardonnay.
