From Central Otago, this is all pears with slight honey tones and musk. A few swirls of the glass and white-fleshed stonefruit gains momentum. Licks of pink grapefruit are a feature too. But the texture and length are what I'm here for. A wonderful width through the mouth rolls onto a captivating acidity. But that tang thanks to that grapefruit! So ridiculously moreish, a fab wine.
