Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris with a blush appearance - love it! Some winemakers shy away from the tinge of rose gold but I'm a fan. It's a good wine too.
There is some grip here. That texture rides through the mouth. That rub is akin to a soft carpet (of sorts). Mandarin peel and poached pear scents early, that pear vibe synonymous with the variety flows to the mouth with ease. Add some honeyed tones, soft green apple acidity and a long finish and you have a very tidy wine. Tick.
