Soft, delicate, stealth-like. What a beauty this is! A great expression of Pinot Grigio from Victoria's Beechworth region.
White flowers, soft pears and flashes of lemon juice, it gets into its work like a plane taking off. The seat belt sign goes off and plentiful pears move about the cabin freely. An ever so faint lick of ginger spice skirts the edges looking for an opportunity to stretch out. Green melon builds momentum through the mouth too. Well-balanced acidity brings this clever wine to a close with that spice lingering long. I could go back time and time again. A great wine and very well priced.
