From 38-year-old vines, a portion of whole bunches was used before it saw 11 months in French oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Some charcuterie board meatiness adds depth to the red plums, sour cherries and red currants on show. A little orange peel wanders through late with soft spices on its tail. A fine rub of brick dust tannins closes out a pleasing expression of Pinot Noir.
