Age has softened this wonderfully with those savoury characters coming to the fore and being given every chance to shine. The longer it sat in the glass the more it relaxed and revealed its true self. Add some fruit bun spices and a crack of black pepper, its lacy with attractive feels that caress every crevice of the mouth. Long reaching with a persistent finish, this is a wonderfully refined Shiraz.
