Casual barbecues and camping are all covered with this wonderfully drinkable Shiraz from Parker Estate.
I reckon they've ticked all the boxes with this given the fruit and depth on offer. Aromas of cedar and cardamom throw out the welcome mat. Handfuls of dark berry fruit, dark chocolate and choc dipped cherries drive the flavour profile. The mouth feel presents with some polish before the peppery and exotic spices cut loose on close. If you find it for around $20, jump on it.
