Wonderfully fragrant, this Jericho Adelaide Hills Fiano is vibrant and delivers a fabulous textural drive. It spends five months on lees to build that texture but I'm hooked on the aromas that bound from the glass.
Little white flowers and St Joseph Lilies offer such a pretty introduction. Green nashi pears, green apple, lemon zest and a faint touch of hazelnuts all build interest and detail. Mediterranean tonic feels ride a long textural finish and cut green herbs tack onto the end of this energetic wine with tense acidity. It's a really enjoyable drink.
Drink to three years.
