Bone dry, Rosés like this from Jericho are ready to launch at a long lunch. I'd be happy to plonk myself on a chair and sip it through the afternoon - beautiful!
Such a food-friendly and appealing wine, freeze-dried raspberries, strawberries and cranberries muse with red apple skin and a subtle lemony tang. A delicate creaminess sits in the background with a faint lick of dried herbs. A wine that flows with ease, it's finely textured with a moreish length. A blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, this is a big thumbs up from me.
