Creamy and focused. Eight months on lees in seasoned French oak has delivered a fabulous expression of Sauvignon Blanc from Jericho for those who enjoy the variety with some interest.
That creamy presence stitches this all together with concentrated dried mango, glace pineapple and papaya woven throughout. It's tense and firm initially but relaxes and shows its charisma. Fine textured, a sprinkle of ginger and ginger nut biscuit spice ripples throughout to a long and seemingly never-ending finish leaving a Sencha tea presence to chew over. Engaging, considered and most enjoyable - yes!
