Shottesbrooke Estate Chardonnay 2016

An easy drinking Chardonnay without the bells and whistles.

Scents of green apple, under-ripe pineapple husk and white flowers. Tropical fruit reveals itself more and more with a strong green melon game. Some tinned pear too. There's a good flow to the wine but it lacks oomph and seems a bit one dimensional - stand and deliver if you will.

I'd prefer others.

Drink now to three years
