Clare Valley Shiraz coming off a low yielding, dry grown vineyard. A portion of whole bunches were used.
Mint and eucalypt aromas get my attention early. Medium bodied, red fruit has a good presence as it sways through the mouth. Dig deeper to find meaty pan juices. Some spice and warmth compliment all that comes before it. Pouring another glass is a no-brainer.
Drink now to six years.
