2016 didn't go down as one of the greatest vintages, that's for sure. A good Chardonnay here but it sits in the shadows of previous vintages.
Pineapple husk, lemony drive, some peach and a good drop of melted butter. Some vanilla rides the rails. There's a fair shape to it - it's been worked to get it here. It's an ok drink.
Drink now to three years.
