A great little wine this. Bone dry, it's expressive and aromatic as you'd expect.
The fruit was sourced from the Tamar Valley in the north of Tasmania.
Rose water and Turkish Delight - the usual suspects. A distinct sprinkle of cinnamon wades effortlessly through though the fruit appears lean in some respects. Alcohol is up there sitting at 14.5% but you wouldn't know if you didn't look for it. Textural feels for interest linger. Lots of smiles here.
