Barossa Roussanne wild fermented in 100% oak (20% new) and at the mercy of the best Roussanne winemaker in the country - well I think so anyway. Only 150 dozen produced.
The fruit for this wine comes off two separate blocks - one block of is grafted and the other on its own roots.
Apricot, apricot nectar, spices (and exotic ones at that). Spiced pear and apple, pithy lemon and some honey. The mouth is filled generously. A lick of sourdough compliments the generous fruit and sexy textural feels delightfully.
