A whiff reveals match stick, toast, with splinters of that oak showing courtesy of nine months in barrel. Delicious fresh apple and creamy drive is partnered by a subtle spiced poached pear tingle and green pineapple. A sustained finish is highlighted by a cinnamon like buzz. Yum.
