Pinot Gris with a slight bronze and copper hue - you have my attention from the outset.
Scents of apple cider and poached pear rise up immediately. Soft through the mouth, some stonefruit feels and fine cinnamon spices hug each turn. There's good textural appeal too with a soft citrusy zip to close. I like it.
