Made with 30% new French oak where it saw time for 10 months with partial MLF.
Buttercream, coconut husk, and licks of vanilla pod too. Soft creamy feels fill the mouth. There's some strength through the mid-palate. Good acid makes the mouth water. I could go a glass easily.
