I was able to sample this at the Angove launch of their flagship Medhyk Shiraz 2016.
Soft aromas of shelled peas, cut herbs, lemongrass and dainty stonefruit. A beautiful texture flows through the mouth laced with cut herbs and a subdued lemony drive through to a long and lingering finish. It tastes cool and refreshing yet has an eminence of class about it. Clever Fiano indeed.
Drink now to three years.
