Dense and concentrated, it's loaded with fruit cake and dried fruit filling the mouth. Orange peel lines the flank with cedar and a sprinkle of dried herbs by its side. Firm tannins are still evident even after a few days of tasting, but this is in no rush to go anywhere. Caramel and warming spices tingle through the mouth on a long and luxurious finish. Yes please!
