Rosés like this call for large plates of tapas surrounded by good company. Made from Shiraz sourced from the Alpine Valley, this goes very well.
Bursting with red fruit, a curious aroma of hibiscus jumps out early before receding. Bone dry, rhubarb and red apple skin add their touch before a silty like tannin closes things out. Great stuff and a great buy for the asking price.
