Berton Vineyards The Bonsai 2016
A rich blend of Cabernet and Shiraz for your drinking pleasure.
Both parcels were fermented separately before blending and 20 months in French oak.
Dense plum, blackberry and spiced currant fruit engulf the mouth. Cedar, vanilla and licks of chocolate add momentum. Brick dust tannins ride out comfortably on a long and persistent finish. There's lots to like about this soulful red.
