Lots of dried sticks and leaves, puffs of earth and some char get things going. The scent of wallet leather also makes an appearance. Dark plums consume the mouth. Firm and tense throughout, even on the second day of tasting it didn't relinquish its grip. Perhaps a few more years will help cool its heels? There is no doubting its generosity.
