Clean and fresh, this is an easy-going white that slots right into the "crowd pleaser" category.
With some good shape, this Chardonnay and Semillon blend is well balanced with a crunchy green apple acidity to close. The Chardonnay component was barrel fermented and brings with it some of that complexity. Some phenolic grip through the mouth, it is highlighted by lemons, white fleshed nectarines, cut herbs and green melon. All up, it's good gear and a tasty drink. Tick.
