A clever Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir, this makes a formidable pairing alongside The Zumma Chardonnay.
Scents of dried sticks, compost, sauteed mushrooms and licorice set the scene for this earthy and layered Pinot. There is plenty of depth and length to engage with. But then there's texture. It just hangs in the mouth leaving a dried herb finish. Softly spiced and incredibly moreish, this is a great drink. Yep, clever stuff.
Drink to eight years.
